Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation Adds Second Aspen Property to Portfolio

NEW YORK, NY – January 18, 2012 – New York based private investment firm, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, has expanded its presence in Aspen, Colorado this month by acquiring the retail condominium, and a hotel condominium in Aspen’s famous, the Residences at the Little Nell.
“Aspen is a very dynamic real estate market andthe Residences at the Little Nell is a great example of this,” said Michael Alpert, President and Vice Chairman of Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation. “We are actively looking at other sites, specifically residential, hotel and retail properties, to acquire in the coming months.”
Last year Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation acquired the retail condominium space that the famed Il Mulino restaurant occupies at the base of Ajax Mountain.
